Project Surveyor (Main Contractor)
A dynamic, forward-thinking and growing main contractor with a turnover of circa £100m have an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis, working on a project near Dagenham, Essex.
The company have been around for approximately 10 years and have continuously grown from strength to strength. They are privately owned and managed by a dynamic team with extensive experience in all aspects of the construction industry.
They specialise in the delivery of new build, refurbishment and fit-out projects across a range of sectors including industrial, retail, commercial and infrastructure, between £5m to £30m in value.
They are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to work on a £20m new build industrial and commercial project in Dagenham, Essex, which also consists of infrastructure works. The Quantity Surveyor will be supported by a full commercial team on site and the project will last for approximately 40 weeks.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Ideally Degree qualified or other relative construction qualification
- Extensive experience working for a reputable main contractor
- Ideally have a track record working on industrial and commercial projects
- Excellent commercial skills and awareness
- Full UK drivers’ license
The salary for this role is £50,000 - £55,000 + package, and it is based in Essex.
