Skilled Careers’ client, a leading Tier One Main Contractor, is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Essex. You will manage the commercial performance and work closely with project teams, clients and supply chain partners to deliver successful outcomes.
Ideally based in or around Essex, you will have experience with a main contractor, particularly within a Design & Build environment, and a strong understanding of JCT and NEC contracts.
