Assistant Site Manager – Residential Traditional Build Houses
Our client is looking for a switched‑on Assistant Site Manager to join the team on a new‑build housing site in Essex. This role involves working for one of the UK’s largest growing house builders, taking plots from 1st fix to completion.
What you’ll be doing :- Managing the site team on a busy traditional build scheme
- Taking properties from 1st fix to completion with a main focus on finishes
- Coordinating trades and subcontractors
- Keeping quality, health & safety, and progress on point
- Managing snagging, site paperwork, and daily reporting
- Ensuring NHBC inspection expectations are met
- Previous experience as an assistant site manager on new build sites
- CSCS
, SMSTS and First Aid certification - A proactive, reliable attitude and good eye for detail. Good communication skills.
- Availability to start ASAP
- Temp to perm contract
