Your new role

As the Surveying Assistant, you will support the delivery of survey programmes. Within the role, this will include coordinating survey enquiries, preparing quotations, scheduling appointments and acting as a central point of contact for clients, surveyor and project teams. You will help ensure projects are delivered efficiently by maintaining accurate records, responding to client queries and supporting the smooth progression of the projects.

The role offers valuable exposure to the surveying profession, providing insight into building surveying, project delivery and client management. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with an interest in property, construction or surveying who is looking to develop their career.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful for this role, you should have experience supporting surveying or project-based teams within a professional environment. The preferred candidate will demonstrate strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to coordinate multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously. Experience with in the construction or property sector would be advantageous. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use is essential.
