Harlow District Council is recruiting a temporary Pre-Construction Project Officer to support the procurement of housing planned works, including liaising with internal teams and external consultants. The role is on-site 2-3 days per week and initially for 12 months with potential extension.
The candidate will develop works programmes, procurement strategies and tender briefs for major refurbishment projects, ensuring transparent, fair and compliant tendering processes in line with regulations.
