We're seeking an experienced Lead Passive Fire Protection Surveyor to oversee the full survey process, from initial order to final report. What You'll Do

Carry out and oversee fire compartmentation, fire door and passive fire protection surveys
Identify defects against regulations and manufacturer standards
Coordinate survey schedules, RAMS, equipment and labour
Produce high‑quality survey reports and prepare data for pricing
Attend site visits and support client relationships
Promote additional services and support business development
Maintain compliance with H&S, ISO and industry standards
Investigate non‑conformances and maintain accurate records
Support colleagues and represent the surveying function professionally

What You'll Bring

Experience in passive fire protection surveying
Hands‑on experience installing fire protection systems (essential)
Strong understanding of fire safety regulations and standards
Proven experience preparing cost estimates and project pricing
Business development experience, including advertising and tender submissions
Excellent communication and client‑facing skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Commitment to safety, compliance and continuous improvement
Minimum ASFP/IFE Level 2 qualification, with formal fire door training from BRE, FDIS, FPA, IFI or equivalent
Full UK driving licence is essential
