Senior Quantity Surveyor - Principal Refurbishment Contractor (Greater London)

I'm working directly with the Managing Director of one of my longest-standing client partners to secure a commercially sharp Senior Quantity Surveyor.

They are a highly stable, independent main contractor specializing in major internal and external refurbishments across London and the South East. Unlike many modern contractors who sub-contract everything out, they maintain a strong in-house delivery team, giving them full control over quality and exceptional repeat business.

The Role Taking full commercial ownership of projects from procurement right through to final accounts, you'll manage a varied portfolio covering high-spec commercial fit-outs, heritage restorations, and public sector schemes.
