Catch 22 are recruiting a Business Support Assistant - Helpdesk for a busy public building in Grays, Essex. This role focuses on supporting maintenance, compliance, and helpdesk operations, with a strong emphasis on customer service.
Part-time role, 25 hours per week on a rota including weekends, with early starts from 6:30am and late finishes up to 10:00pm. You will log tasks, update CAFM systems, and assist with safety compliance while coordinating with contractors.
