Cactus Search are currently partnering with an amazing client to offer a customer service-focused role based in the office. You will handle inbound calls, support administration and use a CRM to manage orders and enquiries. This position is 40 hours per week, with shifts between 8:30am and 7pm, and occasional Saturday morning duties.
Salary is £26,430 with a laptop and kit supplied prior to starting work. Prior customer service or contact centre experience is essential for success in this role.
