We are currently recruiting an experienced and dedicated General Practitioner (GP) to join a friendly and supportive practice team in Witham. The successful candidate will provide high-quality clinical care ensuring safe effective and compliant delivery of services to all patients. You will work collaboratively within a well-structured multi-disciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes for the local community.

• All appointments are 10 minutes long
• Innovative clinical model focused on wellbeing personalised planned care and timely access for patients
• Protected break time included in the rota
• Allocated clinical administrative time built into the day
• Supportive team environment with strong multi-disciplinary collaboration Deliver high-quality patient-centred clinical care
• Undertake consultations assessments diagnosis and management of patients
• Provide professional advice treatment plans and continuity of care
• Work effectively with the wider multi-disciplinary team to ensure integrated service delivery
• Maintain accurate patient records in line with clinical and regulatory requirements
• Contribute to safeguarding quality improvement and best-practice procedures

• Full GMC registration and licence to practise
• Previous GP experience in primary care settings
• Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
• Commitment to providing safe effective and compassionate care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider clinical team
