The school needs someone who can take full responsibility for the class, deliver high-quality lessons and maintain a calm, focused learning environment.

The successful candidate will feel confident planning, teaching and assessing in Year 3, supporting pupils of all abilities and working well as part of the KS2 team.

• QTS and solid experience in KS2 or Lower KS2
• A patient and encouraging approach
• Good behaviour management and strong organisational skills
• The ability to work well with teachers, support staff and parents
• A clear understanding of the Year 3 curriculum and different pupil needs
