Are you a qualified teacher looking for a flexible working pattern to achieve that perfect work/life balance? Teaching supply work could be the perfect solution! Grass Roots Academic Support is currently seeking experienced and enthusiastic supply teachers for a variety of Secondary Schools in Colchester and the surrounding areas.
Supply teaching can range from a one‑day absence cover, which may only be called in that morning, to long‑term ongoing roles, so it really is down to what suits you.
Qualifications- Qualified Teacher Status or related teaching degree
- A proven teaching record and/or high quality references
- A recent and clear online DBS disclosure (a new one can be applied for)
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
