A well-established, high-achieving school in Essex is seeking an experienced and passionate French and Spanish Teacher to join their Modern Foreign Languages department from September 2026
. This role is ideal for a qualified teacher (QTS) who can teach both languages across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

You will deliver engaging, high-quality language lessons that inspire students, build confidence, and develop cultural awareness. The successful candidate will work collaboratively within a supportive MFL department and contribute to curriculum development and extra-curricular language opportunities.

• Teach French and Spanish across KS3 and KS4, including GCSE preparation
• Plan, prepare, and deliver inclusive, differentiated lessons
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback
• Support departmental development and curriculum planning
• Maintain high standards of classroom management and student engagement
• Promote a love of languages and cultural understanding

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) essential
• Experience teaching French and Spanish to KS3 and KS4
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills
• Passionate about modern languages and student progress
• Able to work collaboratively within a team
