KS1Teacher Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and creative lessons for KS1 pupils.
- Use a range of teaching methods to inspire and motivate children.
- Assess, track and support pupil progress to ensure individual growth.
- Contribute to the planning and development of the KS1 curriculum.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that nurtures curiosity and confidence.
- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
- Participate actively in school events, meetings and professional development opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related subject.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience teaching KS1 pupils in a primary setting.
- Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire young learners.
- Commitment to professional growth and best teaching practice.
- Flexible, proactive and collaborative approach to teaching and learning.
