• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and creative lessons for KS1 pupils.
• Use a range of teaching methods to inspire and motivate children.
• Assess, track and support pupil progress to ensure individual growth.
• Contribute to the planning and development of the KS1 curriculum.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that nurtures curiosity and confidence.
• Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
• Participate actively in school events, meetings and professional development opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related subject.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Proven experience teaching KS1 pupils in a primary setting.
• Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and inspire young learners.
• Commitment to professional growth and best teaching practice.
• Flexible, proactive and collaborative approach to teaching and learning.
