Job Title: Primary Cover Supervisor Location: Chelmsford Start Date: Immediate and ongoing Salary: £110 £ 130 per day

These schools welcome staff who can build quick rapport, manage the classroom well and ensure pupils feel settled and ready to learn.

The successful candidate will feel confident delivering pre-planned lessons, supervising whole classes and supporting pupils throughout the school day. You ll work across different year groups, helping maintain a positive learning environment while teachers are absent.

We are looking for Primary Cover Supervisors in Chelmsford who have:

• Experience working in a school setting or leading groups of children

• A confident, supportive manner in the classroom

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with staff and pupils

• The ability to follow lesson plans and keep pupils engaged
