Joining Careers Education is currently recruiting a Teaching Assistant for a temporary long-term position within a supportive and welcoming school in Harlow
. This role is ideal for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual looking to gain consistent experience in an educational setting.

• Support pupils in the classroom on a one-to-one or small group basis

• Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management

• Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

• Support pupils with additional needs where required

• Ensure safeguarding and school policies are followed at all times

• Previous experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable)

• A positive, patient, and proactive approach

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

• Commitment to the full duration of the assignment
