Job Title: Learning Support Assistant (LSA) –

Salary: 85 - 95 per day –
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Are you an enthusiastic and caring LSA looking for a new role in a supportive SEN school?

• Support students with a range of additional needs, helping them access the curriculum, develop life skills, and build confidence.
• Work effectively as part of a team, supporting both staff and students.
• Assist pupils to thrive both academically and personally, under the guidance of teachers and SEN specialists.

• Have previous experience supporting children or young people, ideally in an SEN setting.
• Be patient, empathetic, and passionate about education.

• A permanent LSA position in a welcoming SEN school in Colchester
