Are you an enthusiastic and newly qualified teacher looking to begin your teaching career? We are seeking passionate Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to join our schools in Essex from September. This is an exciting opportunity for PGCE graduates to gain QTS, develop professionally, and make a real difference to students' learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that meet the needs of all students.
Plan, assess, and monitor student progress in line with curriculum requirements.
Participate in the school's ECT induction programme, receiving mentoring and support to achieve QTS.
Contribute positively to the wider school community, supporting extra-curricular activities and school initiatives.
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and continually improve teaching standards.  

The Ideal Candidate :
 
Recently achieved a PGCE (or equivalent) and seeking QTS.
Passionate about teaching and committed to raising student attainment.
Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills.
Willing to learn, reflect, and develop through the ECT induction programme.
