• Teach Media Studies across KS4 and KS5
• Deliver engaging lessons that support student progression and creative development
• Plan and deliver curriculum-focused lessons aligned with exam specifications
• Support students of varying abilities through targeted interventions
• Contribute to coursework moderation, assessment, and exam preparation
• Participate in a structured ECT induction and mentoring programme

• Well-established and inclusive secondary school in Dagenham
• Supportive Media and Creative Arts department
• Strong behaviour management systems allowing focus on teaching and learning
• Excellent CPD and clear opportunities for career progression
• Modern ICT and Media facilities
• Good transport links across East London and Essex

• QTS or working towards QTS (ECTs strongly encouraged to apply)
• Degree in Media, Film, Digital Media, or related subject
• Strong subject knowledge across Media curriculum KS4/KS5
• Ability to create engaging and inclusive lessons
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Commitment to professional development and progression

• Paid to scale (Outer London)
• Role may be permanent on salary or paid via daily rate equivalent to scale
