Are you a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of young people? An outstanding SEN School located in the Chelmsford area is seeking an enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join their supportive team as soon as possible.

• Deliver engaging and accessible Maths lessons to pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning needs.
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and the wider school team.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
• Contribute to student progress, confidence building, and personal development.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching Maths at secondary level (SEN experience desirable but not essential).
• A compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach.
• Strong behaviour management skills.
• A genuine desire to support students with additional needs.
