• Teach Business Studies across KS4 and KS5
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that promote student progression and confidence
• Support students of all abilities, including targeted interventions where required
• Contribute to departmental planning, curriculum development, and enrichment opportunities
• Participate in a structured ECT induction programme where applicable
• Support exam preparation and assessment strategies
