Overview

Year 3 Primary Teacher – Epping Forest, Essex. A well-led primary school is seeking a creative Year 3 teacher to join from September 2026 on a permanent contract. ECTs are welcome to apply. The school offers strong CPD, supportive SLT, and opportunities for progression.

TLRs are available to experienced teachers for leading the year group.

• Plan and deliver engaging Year 3 lessons across the primary curriculum in line with national requirements.
• Collaborate with the leadership team and staff to develop a creative and engaging curriculum.
• Monitor pupil progress, assess learning, and contribute to reports and targets.
• Participate in school-wide initiatives and contribute to a positive school culture.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in Key Stage 2; ECTs are welcome.
• Ability to create a positive, inclusive classroom environment; strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible, proactive teaching approach with a focus on safeguarding and professional development.

• Permanent contract; MPS1 - UPS3 Pay Scale.
• Supportive staff environment with excellent education and training opportunities.
