Position: 1:1 Learning Support Assistant

1:1 Learning Support Assistant – Redbridge, September 2026

Are you a highly motivated and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate looking to gain valuable experience supporting children with SEND? We are looking for a confident and compassionate 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive school environment.

As a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with a child with SEND, providing tailored support both inside and outside of the classroom. You will help support the pupil's academic progress, emotional development and social confidence, while working alongside teachers and the SEND team to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

This role is ideal for a recent Psychology Graduate looking to gain hands-on experience supporting children with autism and ADHD before progressing into Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Teaching or wider SEND-focused careers.
