Learning Support Assistant

Are you passionate about supporting young people and helping them reach their full potential? GSL Education are currently recruiting dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work across a range of secondary schools throughout Essex.>

We’re looking for compassionate, reliable, and proactive individuals who can make a real difference in the classroom. Experience supporting students with SEN or SEMH needs is highly desirable.

• Have previous experience working with children or young people (school or care setting)
• Be patient, understanding, and able to build positive relationships
• Have a genuine passion for supporting learning and development
• Be available for an immediate start

• Competitive daily rates of £90–£110
