Randstad Education is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant in Brentwood to provide high-quality support for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). The role involves working 1:1 and in small groups, helping children overcome barriers to learning in a supportive environment.
This full-time permanent position requires SEN experience and a proactive attitude. Responsibilities include tracking progress on Education, Health and Care Plans and adapting learning materials. A Level 2/3 qualification is desirable but not required.
