Inspire EHC are delighted to be working in partnership with a vibrant and inclusive secondary special school in Southend-on-Sea supporting pupils with EHCPs. We are currently seeking caring and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join the school s bank team, offering flexible work to fit around you with the exciting potential for longer-term or permanent opportunities for the right person.

As a Bank SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support students with a range of additional needs, including ASD, learning difficulties, and communication needs
• Work closely with teachers and therapists to provide individualised support
• Help create a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment
• Build strong, meaningful relationships with pupils to support their development

• Experience working with children or young people with SEN (school or care setting)
• A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting young people to reach their full potential
