About the role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will support children with a range of complex needs, including:

  • Autism (ASD)
  • Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)
  • Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)

You will help pupils develop confidence, independence and essential skills through personalised support and engaging activities.

The role will involve:
Supporting learning and communication Building strong relationships with pupils Supporting positive behaviour strategies Helping children access enrichment opportunities Working as part of a supportive SEN team Assisting with personal care where required
