The school needs someone who can take full responsibility for the class, deliver high-quality lessons and maintain a positive learning environment.

The successful candidate will feel confident planning, teaching and assessing in Year 5, supporting pupils of all abilities and working well as part of the KS2 team.

• QTS and solid KS2 experience
• A calm and encouraging approach
• Strong behaviour management and good organisational skills
• The ability to work well with teachers, support staff and parents
• A clear understanding of the Year 5 curriculum and how to support different pupil needs
