• Implement and monitor individual behaviour support plans.

  Mentor Teaching Assistant you will collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external agencies to address specific needs.
• Foster positive relationships with students to encourage their social and emotional development.

  Mentor Teaching Assistant you will contribute to the development and implementation of school-wide behavior initiatives.
• Provide feedback to teachers and parents on the progress of behaviour support plans.

• Proven experience in a similar Teaching Assistant role is advantageous.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
