is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant (LSA) to join their team, supporting pupils with additional needs. This is a full-time, long-term position starting immediately

As a Teaching Assistant
, you will play a key role in supporting pupils with SEN needs
, helping them to access learning, build confidence, and feel fully included in the classroom.
You’ll work closely with the class teacher and SENCO, providing both 1:1 and small group support
, adapting activities where needed, and helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
This is a varied and hands-on role where no two days are the same — perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships and supporting children to thrive.
What You’ll Be Doing- Supporting pupils with SEN on a 1:1 and small group basis
- Helping children engage with classroom learning and activities
- Adapting tasks to meet individual needs
- Encouraging confidence, independence, and positive behaviour
- Supporting emotional wellbeing and social development
- Assisting with classroom routines and transitions
- Working closely with the teacher, SENCO, and wider staff team
- Experience working with children or young people
, ideally within a school setting - Understanding or experience of SEN support
- A patient, positive, and nurturing approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Someone who is reliable, adaptable, and proactive
