KS2 Teacher Brentwood

Location: Brentwood, Essex
Contract: Full Time 1 Year Fixed Term
Start Date: September 2026
Pay: M3 - M6 daily rate
Potential: Permanent opportunity available

An exciting opportunity is available for an enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Teacher to join a reputable and high-achieving primary school from September 2026.

The school has created an environment where pupils are encouraged to aim high while staff are given the support and freedom to develop their teaching. The Role

As a KS2 Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons across the KS2 curriculum
  • Set high expectations for pupil achievement, behaviour and personal development
  • Adapt teaching to support and challenge learners of different abilities
  • Monitor progress and use assessment to inform future planning
  • Build strong and positive relationships with pupils and families
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to share ideas and best practice
  • Contribute enthusiastically to the wider life of the school
We're Looking For
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • A strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum
  • Excellent classroom management skills
  • A positive and engaging approach to teaching
  • The ability to inspire pupils and encourage independent learning
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A collaborative attitude and willingness to contribute to school life
  • A genuine commitment to inclusion and high standards
  • ECTs and experienced teachers are welcome to apply
