HCRG Care Group is seeking an experienced Mandatory Trainer to deliver Fire Safety, Warden and Evacuation training across our Community Adult and Children’s Services. The role requires travel to Essex, Kent and Prison hubs; part-time or flexible arrangements are considered.
The role also covers other Quality & Safety trainings and aims to improve learning provision with strong QA and curriculum development involvement.
