We are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants (TAs) and Teachers (Qualified & Unqualified) to support primary schools across Essex, including Chelmsford, Colchester, Romford and surrounding areas.
You will work alongside teachers and school staff to support pupils with their learning and development, helping to create a positive, inclusive and engaging classroom environment.
About the SchoolsThe schools support children across the primary age range and provide a welcoming and supportive environment where pupils can develop academically, socially and emotionally.
As a TA or Teacher, you may support pupils with:
- Classroom learning and activities
- Reading, writing and numeracy
- 1:1 and small-group support
- SEN and additional learning needs
- Behaviour and emotional support
- Social and communication development
- Classroom routines and pupil engagement

We are looking for enthusiastic, caring and reliable individuals who are:

- Confident working with children in a classroom environment
- Flexible and able to adapt to different learning needs
- Confident working as part of a school team
- Experienced in education, schools or childcare (desirable)
For Teachers/TAs: Qualified and unqualified applicants are welcome, with relevant teaching, classroom or education experience desirable.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
