Teaching Assistant – Prep; Part-Time

Brentwood Prep School is an academically selective HMC co-educational independent school with small class sizes and a happy, ambitious and supportive staff team. It is part of Brentwood School, a 3-18 HMC school of 1900 pupils, just 35 minutes from London Liverpool Street.

We are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to work 3 days a week, from 8am to 4:30pm (including a 1-hour unpaid break). You will support educational activities initiated by the class teacher, facilitate the use of ICT in the classroom, and help maintain online learning journals. Key duties include assisting with lunchtime supervision, the “Stay-on” facility, and the Brentwood wraparound programme, all while ensuring a safe, stimulating, and secure learning environment.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, punctual and flexible, possess excellent English and numeracy skills, and be committed to safeguarding. You must be a reliable team player capable of using iPads, maintaining classroom resources, and communicating clearly in Home School Diaries.
