Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Harlow, Essex
Salary: Pay to scale (Depending on level of experience)
Contract: Full-time

We are working in partnership with inclusive and nurturing primary schools in Harlow, Essex
, who are currently seeking SEN Teaching Assistants
. These schools genuinely value their support staff and the vital role they play in students’ development.
- Provide 1:1 and small group support
- Support pupils with additional needs (ASD, ADHD, SEMH)
- Help create a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment
- Has experience with SEND (personal or professional)
- Demonstrates patience, empathy, and consistency
- Builds strong relationships and trust quickly
- All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
- All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Full assistance provided.
- We undertake safeguarding checks on all workers in accordance with DfE statutory guidance ‘Keeping Children Safe in Education’; this may also include an online search as part of our due diligence on shortlisted applicants.

Pay Details:- All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
