Residential Site Engineer: Setting Out & QA;

We are currently seeking an experienced Housing Site Engineer for a long-term residential development project in Essex, offering approximately 12 months of continuous work.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy civil engineering and groundworks team delivering large-scale housing infrastructure works.

Duties Will Include:

• Setting out for:

• Roads and highways

• Drainage works

• Services and utilities

• Foundations and associated infrastructure

• QA and as-built surveys

• Checking line and level

• Producing and maintaining site records

• Liaising with site management and subcontractors

• Ensuring works are completed to specification and programme

Requirements:

• Previous experience on housing or residential infrastructure projects

• Strong setting out experience

• Competent using GPS and robotic total station equipment

• CSCS card

• Engineering qualification preferred

Ability to work independently and manage workload
