PCB Design Engineer

PCB Design Engineer (Permanent) - £45,000-£50,000 - Cambridgeshire (Hybrid)

A specialist engineering and innovation business (just south of Cambridge) is hiring a PCB Design Engineer to support high-quality board design work across RF, digital, analogue and mixed-signal projects (from DC to mmWave).

You'll work closely with the Head of CAD, a Senior PCB Design Engineer, and a wider multidisciplinary team, contributing end-to-end from component library work through layout, documentation and release. This suits someone who enjoys PCB layout, wants variety beyond routine designs, and values strong engineering process and review discipline (including ISO
9001).

Key skills: PCB CAD experience (Altium desirable), strong attention to detail, understanding of placement/routing/design rules/manufacturing outputs, and the ability to take feedback and improve quickly.

Working pattern: Hybrid (minimum 3 days onsite).
Salary: £45,000-£50,000.
