A global Pharmaceutical manufacturer is seeking a Plant Technician to join its engineering operations team.
This position is ideal for an engineering professional with experience maintaining plant, utilities, facilities and manufacturing equipment within a regulated production environment.
The RoleYou will be responsible for planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance and plant reliability across utilities, facilities systems and production support equipment. You will also contribute to engineering improvements and support investigations into equipment failures.
Key Requirements- Engineering qualification such as City and Guilds, NVQ or BTEC level 2/3
- Experience in maintenance, plant or utilities engineering
- Strong fault finding and diagnostic skills
- Knowledge of pumps, motors, drives and electrical systems
- Experience working in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, food or FMCG environments
- Ability to work safely and accurately within GMP procedures
