SER Limited is seeking a Junior Technical Assistant to join our Colchester team. You will support Regional Technical Managers with BMS upgrades, energy optimisation and smart building projects, gaining hands-on experience across site surveys, technical solutions and energy efficiency initiatives.
This graduate/early-career role offers full training and mentoring, with a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00am–4:30pm, and a salary of £30,000–£35,000 with pension, private medical and 25 days’ holiday.
