An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Investment Analyst/ Associate to work with a Developer based in London looking to acquire for development investment Land opportunities throughout the UK. The purpose of this role is to support the Head of Finance and Development Team by providing the necessary financial and other related information to enable them to make sound and informed decisions about the company’s development projects and investments.

Responsibilities include:

• Producing timely and accurate financial and management information on a project by project basis as and when required to support decision making and reporting on development activity.
• Support the Development Team in the presentation of project information and reports
• Produce appraisals, management information and reports to support project funding applications.
• Produce early stage project funding packs for presentation to potential project funders.
• Assist the Group Treasurer with financial and legal due diligence on active funding discussions to ensure financial close is achieved efficiently and swiftly.
• Proactively monitor live developments by liaising with the Development Team and Finance Team to ensure all cash-flows are up to date, financial covenants are not being breached and monthly draw-downs are within budget.
• Be able to produce financial information and reports for live development as and when requested.
• Support the Head of Finance on tracking cost projections for each live development.
• Produce financial and management information and reports in support of strategic funding requirements.
• Support the Head of Finance, as required and work with other internal stakeholders on the preparation of the company’s Business Plan and other financial information.
