Eutopia Search is seeking an Interim Financial Controller for a well-known local SME business in Essex, starting in July 2026. This is a 12-month contract where you will lead the finance team and oversee key projects while reviewing existing finance processes.
The ideal candidate is a qualified accountant with experience in SMEs and a proactive, hands-on approach. You will work in a hybrid model, requiring 2-3 days on site each week to effectively understand and navigate the business's challenges.
