Senior Financial Adviser - Inherit a &100m+ Client Bank

Location: Near Chelmsford, Essex (Hybrid Working)

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 + Uncapped Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Due to the retirement of a highly successful adviser, we're seeking an experienced Financial Adviser to inherit part of an established client portfolio with Assets Under Management exceeding £100 million
. Opportunities of this calibre don't come along often.

You'll be joining a collaborative, entrepreneurial business that genuinely invests in its people. You'll have the freedom to focus on delivering exceptional financial planning while being supported by an experienced paraplanning and client services team.

• Inherit and develop an established portfolio of high-quality clients.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with affluent individuals and families.
• Deliver holistic financial planning advice across investments, pensions and protection.
• Identify opportunities to grow your client bank through referrals and professional introducers.
• Play a key role in the continued growth of the business.

• Minimum 7 years' experience as a Financial Adviser.
• Level 4 Diploma qualified (Chartered status is advantageous but not essential).
• A commercial, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Passion for delivering first-class client outcomes.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Experience with in Wealth Management or Independent Financial Advice.
