Permanent, Full-time. Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 a year. Benefits:

• Financial Leadership & Strategy:
  Provide financial leadership across the Group, maintaining long-term financial plans, budgets, forecasts, and strict financial governance.
• Commercial Insight:
  Drive profitability by identifying cost-reduction efficiencies and supporting commercial decisions via rigorous pricing analysis, tender reviews, and contract negotiations.
• Operational Performance:
  Oversee the production of monthly management accounts, manage cash flow, and continually enhance financial systems and reporting processes.
• Team & Stakeholder Management:
  Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team while building strong, collaborative relationships across multiple UK business locations and external stakeholders.

• Qualifications:
  
  Fully qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
• Experience:
  
  Proven track record in a senior financial leadership role with heavy experience in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic business partnering.
• Commercial Mindset:
  Ability to balance strategic goals with operational realities, translating complex financial data into practical business growth recommendations.
• Communication:
  Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the confidence to constructively challenge decisions and present clear insights to senior leadership.
• Industry Background: A preferred background within the hospitality or leisure industry is highly advantageous, though a naturally curious mindset to understand operations from the ground up is essential.
