The Braintree District Council is seeking a Housing Options Triage Officer to join the Housing Team for a 3-month temporary period. You will be the first point of contact for new enquiries, assess homelessness risk at intake, and provide early intervention advice on housing options and related matters.
The role requires strong interpersonal skills, investigative ability, and a driving licence. You will train in the council offices full-time initially, then work in the office three days a week.
