As a Care Worker at Green Arrow Care Providers, you will play a vital role in delivering high‑quality support to individuals in both community settings and supported living environments. Your contributions will be essential in ensuring that our clients receive the compassionate care they deserve.

• Provide personal care and support to clients, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
• Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, medication administration, and mobility support.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families.
• Monitor client health and report any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other cognitive impairments through tailored caregiving approaches.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and care provided.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to caregiving.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while providing care services.

• Experience in assisted living or similar caregiving roles is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of patient care principles, particularly for seniors and those with dementia or Alzheimer’s.
• Certification in first aid or willingness to obtain certification.
• Excellent communication skills with a compassionate approach to client interaction.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs.
• A valid driving license is an asset, but not mandatory.
