We are looking for caring, compassionate individuals who are passionate about supporting people to live safely and independently in their own homes.

As a Domiciliary Care Worker, you will provide essential care and support to service users in their own homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life. You will work in line with individual care plans, delivering care in a professional, respectful, and discreet manner.

• Personal care: washing, bathing, grooming, and oral care
• Toileting support, continence care, and commode assistance
• Supporting clients with mobility and manual handling equipment
• Assisting with prescribed medication
• Meal preparation and feeding support
• Household tasks: laundry, bed making, shopping, and light cleaning
• Maintaining accurate records of care visits
• Working alongside healthcare professionals such as GPs, District Nurses, and Social Services
• Recognising safeguarding concerns and following procedures
• Providing compassionate end-of-life care when required

• A genuine caring nature and passion for helping others
• Good communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and care plans
• Willingness to undertake personal care
• Understanding of dignity, privacy, and respect in care

• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care
• Previous experience in domiciliary or community care
• Flexible availability
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Ability to remain calm in emergency or challenging situations

• Kind, considerate, and compassionate
• Reliable and committed to attending scheduled care calls
• Able to work independently and use initiative
• A supportive team player who enjoys helping others
• Calm under pressure with strong attention to detail
