A leading healthcare recruitment provider is seeking a Lead Recruiter to support their growing Theatres division. This is a warm, high-potential desk with established clients and an active candidate pool already in place, perfect for an experienced consultant ready to step up and take ownership of a thriving market.

• Up to £40,000 basic salary DOE
• Warm desk with existing clients & candidates
• Strong earning potential with an established pipeline

• Office-based role in Essex

• Manage and grow a warm Theatres desk
• Build long-term relationships with NHS & private sector clients
• Source, engage, and manage high-quality theatre professionals
• Maximise opportunities across existing accounts while developing new relationships
• Contribute to team development and support junior consultants
• Deliver exceptional service standards across candidate and client management

• Experience in healthcare recruitment (Theatres preferred)
• Strong billing history and proven relationship-building skills
• Confident managing a warm desk with high activity levels
• Ambition to progress into leadership
• Ability to work full-time in the Essex office
