Job Description

• Act as the number two to the Group CEO, working cross‑departmentally to support functional leaders in shaping and executing their strategic plans
• Take full ownership of end‑to‑end business process mapping across all operational areas
• Define, optimise, and standardise core processes to improve efficiency and scalability
• Document processes thoroughly, including creation and maintenance of SOPs and operational manuals
• Lead transformation initiatives both with and without technology enablement
• Drive the selection and implementation of systems and tools that support process improvements
• Ensure alignment between business processes and technology platforms to support growth and performance
• Act as a key driver of operational change, ensuring delivery of transformation as a priority business objective
• The role is based at the HQ in Essex
