Our client, a Microsoft Partner delivering innovative Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC) solutions to clients across Europe, is seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead end-to-end Business Central implementations.

• Lead full lifecycle D365 Business Central (and related ERP) implementation projects
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery
• Coordinate between functional consultants, developers, and clients
• Oversee change management, testing, training, and go-live support
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong communication and relationships
• Identify risks, track milestones, and ensure continuous project quality and progress reporting

• 3+ years’ experience managing ERP or D365 Business Central / NAV implementation projects
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Strong understanding of Business Central functionality (finance, supply chain, manufacturing, etc.)
• Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
• Experience with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Azure Dev Ops, or similar tools

• Microsoft certifications (e.g. Dynamics 365 Project Manager Associate)
• Experience with in a Microsoft Partner or consulting environment
• Exposure to Power Platform, Azure, or integration projects
