Digital Services Manager - Local District Council Part-Time (3 days per week) | Temporary (3-month contract)
Closing Date:
Wednesday 15 April 2026
3 days per week, 08:30-17:00. Minimum of 1 day per week on-site.
Role PurposeProvide interim leadership for the delivery and management of digital services. Lead teams, manage digital products, build strong internal relationships, and drive continuous service improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee live digital services and ensure reliability.
- Act as escalation point for incidents, problems, and service requests.
- Work with internal teams to reduce service demand and improve performance.
- Use user feedback to enhance digital experiences.
- Ensure compliance with data protection, security, and governance standards.
- Deliver service improvements using project management skills.
- Manage suppliers and budgets.
- Experience managing digital services and teams.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies.
- Background in digital development and service delivery.
